how to convert to premix?

    ok, gonna convert to premix on monday before repairing my cylinder/piston,

    are these the correct steps to convert to premix on an aprilia sr 125?


    remove the cable going from oil pump to throttle cable splitter,
    remove the 2 oil pipes (1 thin 1 from carb and 1 thicker 1 from oil tank to pump)
    remove oil tank
    remove the oil pump and belt

    and thats it?

    You could also block off the feeds on the carb you are no longer using...

    cheers terro, i did notice that today, i will sort that out when i replace the cylinder, :)

    To block the feed on the carb u can cut down the pipe from the pump to carb, clamp it and melt it together :)

    I heard someone say its a good trick somewhere. :whistle:
