how to adjust rear brakes.

hi guys,

my wife rides a lexmoto valencia 125, She has come home today telling me that the rear brakes need adjusting she is pulling the brake handle almost all the way in to get the brakes to start working,

can anyone tell me how i adjust the brakes as the pads dont need replacing yet.

sorry they are drum brakes,

 

On the end of the brake cable there is an adjuster on the brake arm, turn the nut clockwise, 1/2 turn at a time to take some of the slack out, checking that the wheel still turn's freely and not binding.
