i know someones gonna get pissed off about me asking this but ive got a zip sp, polini sport, hebo performer and standard rollers and a 65 jet. its slow from take off but then it kicks then gets slower again then starts to pick up. someone help me quickly i dont know what rollers to order and should i changfe my springs? ive got green polini ones in. kl for any help
go around 4.5 / 3.5 try both and my dips in speed were caused by flat spots in the rollers i got green clutch springs in mine and a white polini contra spring, hope this helps.
+ you could buy a set of 10 jets and trial and error, there usually the main causes of slow starting and dip in speeds.
yh ive already got a box of jets and its got the 65 in it now. jus come back from a lil spin and i noticed that it starts to get a bit slower off the line when it warms up a bit. i just need to know what rollers to order really coz ive got standard ones, 3.9g, 4.1g and 4.9g but apart from the standard 1s they are all smaller because they came with my hebo variator wich doesnt wanna work
right, first off its not an aerox so wont need rollers that light. if your running the airbox start with correct size 4.9's and a 68 ish jet.. work down from the plug colour with that but literally ride it for 1 min with a fresh plug when you think its close. if its an airbox up it to a 72-78 jet an drop the rollers to 4.6ish
