need to know a bit more like year and mileage best bet is look on some bike sites selling scooters ,and get some idea from what others are asking for similar models
Looks like a rattle can sprayed frame, the footplate has been cut off, the rear section is missing, the tyres look a bit low on tread from this angle, £2-£300 maybe, with mot.
