How long would this take..

    Hi,

    My Aerox has gone in to have a complete rebuild from the crank, carb, clutch, variator, cylinder, having my led side lights wired as indicators. Machanic what has the bike never said how long. Can anyone tell me how long it will take for.him to fit it all?.

    Not being funny,but sounds like as long as he can milk you on hourly rate.;)

    He said 4-5 hours for my stage6 carb,clutch,cylinder. Was just curious to know how long It would take for crank.

    about 6 hours in total, engine out, engine apart, new parts in, engine together, engine fitted, testing etc etc, maybe even 8 hours...

    I wouldn't want the bill haha. But fair play to you for getting it done professionally!

    I honestly don't get why people touch an engine or tune their bike with no experience; its stupid. I'd rather it done the correct way with the correct tools etc. If anything goes wrong I can take it back and as he done the work he will be able to rectofy the problems.
