I was ridding along today on my ped and hit a pothole i pulled over and one of my bolts that hold the exhaust on has snapped and ripped were the bolt bolts on if you no what i mean lol. Anyway i gotta buy a new 50cc kit as i cant find no were that sells like the piston case were the exhaust bolts on. So my question is how hard is it to fit? I got a basic knowledge of engineering but dont no how to fit it lol Many thanks
for the bolt to snap in the barrel even if you did hit a pot hole, would suggest to me the pipe wasnt fitted properly... there should be no extra stress on those bolts caused by suspension movement or bumps/pot holes in the road... how hard the top end is to fit is dependant on your skill level basically, its not a hard job really, but theres 1 or 2 things you need to get right...do a search
i didnt fit the pipe someone eles did lol, i got a basic knowledge and a manual lol, And i only wanna change the casing so i have to remove the piston or do i just slide the off one off then put then casing on?
