how hard is it to fit a Variator

Hi guys is it easy to change a variator ? Take into consideration im a begginer with peds and can just about fit a pipe lol. Ive seen youtube vids, it looks quite easy and i reckon i can do it. Do you reckon i should go ahead and do it ? Sorry this should be in the newbie section

As long as you've got something to undo the centre nut its easy.

 

Ok lads can anyone make a video for me of how to get it on and off ?

 

There is a vid in guides. You'll need an impact wrench.

CA i can make you video tomorrow if you want on how to do without the impact wrench all you need is a wooden file, 15mm spanner, and bigger spanneer to use as lever and comes off easy ill make video in morning pal

Once the bolts off you just slide the plate off take belt off, pull variator off an its done. Its piss easy youll know what to do by looking at it
