as above really , just thought id see whos got what out of their Aerox machines... 50/70/100/120cc, tuned or not..

i may aswell start, iv got a 50cc roxy....

    17.5mm carb
    leo vince rr
and iv GENUINELY seen 50mph. ill even get a video in the next day or 2 to prove that.. its got mad boost at half throttle,... unlike these people who reckon they get 65 out of a 50cc lollllll...!!!

So, how fast you been ?

    17.5mm carb, 90 jet
    Doppler s3r pipe
    Ported 50cc cylinder
    Polini reeds
    TopRacing variator

Genuine 55-56mph (65-70 on the clocks). I think this is down to the pipe, my doppler is amazing compared to my Leovince zx, it's like a completely different bike with the Doppler. The Leo will only see about 50mph, I reckon the Doppler must work well with the port work on the cylinder.

Ported cylinder just cleaned up ports, and a much bigger exhaust port (round instead of half round that standard is)

Standard variators are shite, my new one makes a huge difference. I genuinely think it's my pipe that makes mine quite quick though, like I said its much slower with a Leo on it.

ah right, my cylinder is completely round aswell, so more of a free flow going on in mine too ,, iv got a multivar variator in there too but i dont know whether theyre good or not.... exhaust are just so expensive and as my RR is supposed to be very good i dont see a point in buying a new one for it to rust within a month o_O

Theyre not, the engine is badly designed and not very tuneable

    The engines are shite
    120 big bore
    52mm stroke crank
    17.5mm carb jetted
stage 6 (reeds, manifold, air filter, boost bottle)
polini variator and 1mm wider belt
    Hebo clutch
    Pm tuning cllutch bell
generic xor 50cc (loom, stator, race cdi, bando race coil, and bike lol)
I struggled to push upto 70mph (head down, no plastics, screaming) and when i put a 21mm carb on the tiny petrol tank it dissaproved alot! The problem lies with badly ported bores, the exhaust port on the 100 is only same size as the 70!! Gash as fook

Just rebuilt mine, no speedo because of the bar conversion but it seems slower :(

Might just be because I'm used to it

Oh right what's the diffrence between a full circle one and standard? Also how much power do you reckon I will gain from the street race?
