   I'm planning on going on a long trip on my bike and i want to know how you tell if you need to replace your chain? Am i right in thinking you can adjust it yeah?

   you check the wear by how much you can bend the chain side to side, also visual inspection of the rollers and mesurements can be taken, if in doubt change it (new sprockets are best also as worn sprockets kill a new chain prityty quick)
