how do i remove the bearing off the crank

hi iv just striped me mbk booster and one ova the bearings is still on the crank how can i remove it

get a bearing puller, or freeze the crank ,in a bag in the frezzer, get a blow torch or a heat gun but it will take Hell alot longer, (done it myself).And it will pull away

Th crank will be frozen , try and heat just the bearing the bearings expands, and its off

 

bearing pullers are like 5 pounds on ebay
