how do i change the oil seals in my front forks

    hello i have a new shape gilera runner sp50 and my front forks need new seals in and i have been told by motech that it would be alot cheap just getting a new set of forks as the seals are very hard to change is this ture and how would i change the seal in my forks please. thanks
