How do different variator sliders effect my variator?

I´m going to change my standard rollers (6,5g) for 6,0g and thought I might as well change the sliders, are all sliders the same for the same type of variator?

Do these have special properties or are they the same as other sliders that will work with my Neos YN50 2T?

Thanks for the recommendation, I`ve ordered a new belt and rollers so when I fit them I´ll see if the whole unit needs to be replaced and then go with a kit .
