How can you tell if a piagio typhoon is a 125

hello i want to buy a typhoon and the owner says its got a big bore kit? how can you tell?
should the bike power wheelie with the power?
should it be really loud?
the handel bars vibrate and he says its because of the the big bore? is that true?
also my friend said to cover the exhaust and the bike should cut out, it doesnt cut out? it dont even try to cut out so what could that be? cant see any smoke coming from anywhere?

jus means the gaskets gone if it done cut out .the barrel will say malossi on the side. i would check if the front end is all tight and correct as that could be coz the race bearings have gone. though bikes do vibrate more wen they are powerful i dont think itd cause the bars to wobble bout lol. is it in long eaton?

no its not in long eaton, is they a typhoon in longeaton then? and i looked and the barrel didnt say 172, so it just means the gasket has gone that its blowing? so the pipe is ok? i fort the pipe might have been broken? the bike is in manchester, near a friend, longeaton would be better! and the bars dont wobbe they just vibrate?

yh they dont say the cc i dont fink just malossi. vibrates at speed or jus wen its sat there ?. could be a crack in the pipe simply gtta look at it n try find a crack. if not its gasket jus means its blowing n u dont wanna be puttin ya hand over the end of can to often m8

well when its sat there it dont vibrate its when your riding it you can just feel the vibrating coming into your hands, and why should i not cover the exhaust pipe? also i coudnt see any cracks and the gasket looks like a 5mm one, also looks like a bit is missing cause u can see the bolt going into the gasket? is it easy to change a gasket?

id still give the front end a good shake to make sure theres no play in it .sposed ta rek ya kit .gaskets easy m8 few bolts to take the pipe off then new one one the put pipe back on all simple tbh

if the vibration changes as the speed rises, its more than likely to need the wheel balancng. If its a weave, it could be tyre pressures or head bearings

Simple answers !

RIDE it & Your know if its a 172 there is a few differences i believe

Acceleration - Acceleration should be alot more powerfull than a standard 125
Sound - The sound given from a 172 should be alot beefier than a standard 125

There should be malossi engraved on the side of the barrel if not it has been sanded off in some kinda way.

yeah im guessing the studs should be there cause its an a/c cylinder, can u see 2 more if u look from the other side of the bike ?

,typh it must be a 125 because 70 clock speed .. if it had a 172 it would read more (personal view)
