How can test oilpump?

    I am in the middle of a rebuild and feel the need to make sure the oil pump is working, does anyone know how I can do this?

    premix a litre of fuel and run the bike with the oil feed to the carb disconected pull the oil pump cable so it is putting out its max and wait to see if some oil dribbles out
