HONDA X8R PRIMARY GEAR KIT HELP

i bought this primary gear kit for my honda x8r off the ad renalin pedstop site (X gear up kit from Top Racing 13 / 42 ratio)

i tried fitting it and it didnt fit the shaft that the clutch sits on wouldnt line up with the bearings in the gearbox housing but all the other parts did

Can anyone help me? and do i need to buy anything else to fit it?

 

measure all parts with calipers to make sure they are bang on right and if not sent it back, it can also be the case that the bearing it uses has a bigger shaft diameter or something like that, I dont know...
what speeds where you getting out of it before and what mods dod it have? mine Sxr(same engine as the x8r) hit 55 with the stardard variator(tones of time invested messing around and cutting things, tig welding roller ramp angles..etc) lighter rollers(I must have taken the side cover off at least 45 times, no its not a joke ) ported original 50 barrel, reeds and mainfold ported, carb from a suzuki motorcross bike(20 something mm's) and home made expansion chamber. making a proper one soon in college with all proper sizes and all. will be a beautyy
Ohhh, going to bore the engine out now, 47mm piston here we goo! hehe its all in bits at the moment. I dont think I will ever need a gear up kit, Im fine with around 55 before it hits the rev limiter. its more than fast enough to lose my insurance which is already paid for a full year! that was stupid. :O
