Honda SJ50 Tuning advice please

My lad has bought himself a Honda SJ50 Bali as his first bike. I don't want him having to ride round with only 30mph under his right hand so i want to discretely de restrict his bike. Is the SFX engine the same as his SJ 50 as in this tuning guide https://www.pmtuning.co.uk/PDF/PMT_Guide_Honda.pdf

I'm only going to de restrict it to about 45mph with the standard exhaust so as not to attract the attention of the local plod. The aftermarket CDI can be left out. But the first 3 items on the list are going to be fitted. This post was originally in the workshop section but i thought i'd get more answers in here. I could do with knowing the answer coz his birthday coming up and i need to order the bits.


Please no replies saying that the bike shouldnt be de restricted because he's only 16, if i wanted to hear that i'd ask the police.
