Honda SGX SKY Starting Problem

Not lost in Translation.
Filter is on ( picture shows removed )
I think the Scooter is Okey now.
Make a tour in the good weather and adjusted the Carburator idle and mixture.
seems to be like it has to be.
Now I wait a few days and watch if I got Problems with Starting it again

How come is it that it runs bad without an airfilter?

 

It's to do with air currents and such. Not to get too technical...
Same reason those "k&n" style filters are just trash...
