HONDA SFX50 BRAKE HELP NEEDED

Hi I am recommissioning my SFX50. I have a few jobs to do however I’ve came across an issue with the rear wheel snagging when rolling backwards. I pulled the wheel off and had a look at the brake shoes and all seemed fine so I proceeded to do further investigations! I removed the shoes and refitted the wheel and all spun freely. So trans seems all in order. Cleaned the inside of the hub and inner wheel, refitted everything and adjusted the brake and tested again. So this time I noticed when spinning the wheel the brake lever doesn’t retract back all the way without it being pushed back. Do you guys know if there’s a fix for this? Cheers
