Hi, Got a used Honda PS125i with 15K miles on it. Is supposed to do 65 to 68 mph stock but it was only doing 59 to 60. Replaced the drive belt and it now does 61 to 62. Changed Engine oil, air filter, spark plug, checked throttle, adjusted valve clearances, all to no affect, still only does 61 to 62. Only thing I haven't replaced is the rollers, could this be it? I didn't check them when I changed the drive belt.
