Honda ps 125 fuel filter

    Does this moped have a fuel and if so where is it, my bikes pulls back a bit sometimes so maybe the filter needs changing.

    When I go along it slows a bit then returns to normal, so within a second it's back to normal

    if its at top speed that will be the rev limiter which is normal for honda and a pain in the ass
