Honda PES125 Dead or Fixable?

Hi all, so I have a Honda PES 125 R-8 which is electronically fuel injected. I was riding down a main road and lost all revs and had to pull to the side of the road. The bike will now not start at all. Dash electronics work. I originally thought this might be a starter relay issue as it looks like it’s been getting a bit hot but I don’t think this would cause the engine to cut out on the main road. So I am getting no sound at all when trying to electric start however the lights do dim ever so slightly. I fear I have fried the ecu but I believe this is built into the efi module and is expensive to replace. Any suggestions or tips greatly appreciated. Thank you.

 

Take it to a Honda dealer for them to check out/fix.
