I've always found that an rather odd setup for a motorcycle.

The only thing i can recommend doing is rebuilding your braking system with new components, master cylinders, lines and so on.

If it has ABS and all those electrical things, you will more than likely run in to issues with this, causing the ECU to believe something is at fault and so on.

So it may not be worth it?

If you have discs back and front then just run two separate brake hoses from master cylinders to calipers, leave all the original linked system in place for the next owner.
