As per title ... I noticed in YouTube videos the Honda nsc50rs seem to sound like they rev higher than my standard NSC50. Does anyone know if this is true ? Looking up specs they seem to have the same power but my non R makes peak power at 7000rpm and peak torque at 5750 .. The R is listed as making peak power at 8250rpm and peak torque at 7000rpm. So I’m wondering if an R cdi would let mine rev a bit higher ?
just had a quick browse for you, some people (not me) claim the 110 CDI fits from looking at the answers here https://www.tuningmatters.com/how-tos/how-to-check-if-your-scooter-cdi-is-restricted/ there is also a guide to check if your cdi is restricted.
Thanks for replies guys. I think I’m going to try a 110 cdi. I think it revs to 8k instead of 7k. Hope it doesn’t blow up :0
