Honda NSC Vision 50 rollers

Does anyone have experience with other variator rollers than the original. For example, lighter or heavier on an original variator?

The original ones weigh 7.5g.

 

I service + repair one of these (ive also owned+own the OLLLLLLD version since i started riding) for a friend.
Ive put 6.5g in and there was a little acceleration difference but not huge. Tbh they arent worth messing with in the new visions, best to just replace when they get flat spots.

 

yeah agree with scootz here, just replace them, if you want the bike to go better you will need to remap the ECU....
