hi i bought a non runner honda lead 100.it has a good spark at the plug and fuel is getting to the carb ok yet it wont or attempt to fire.i thought it might be the carb so i took it off and cleaned it.put it back on and still the same.a guy close to me is selling parts of a lead so i bought a carb of him,put it on and still the same.i put my hand over the air intake and its sucking well.what else could i try or buy the guy has all the parts.
got it sorted.it was the fuel tap under the tank.its a vacuum one with one tube going to the carb and the other one going to the carb manifold.it was sucking fuel from tank straight into the manifold flooding it.it was even pissing out through the exaust.i sucked through the vacuum hose and got a mouth full of petrol.small price to pay to find out whats wrong and its cheap to fix.cheers everyone.
