Honda fes125 s-wing

i have oil coming from the drive belt case. Any ideas where this is coming from. Because far has I am aware this should not be happening. It has just had a head rebuild pistons crank

 

Crank seal?

I hope you got your s-wing fixed. I have a question for you on this scooter as I just bought one. What is the full headlight sequence on this as I have only one headlight lit and the only time they both light together is when I hit the passing switch. Is this normal?

 

The left one is only lit when riding and the right is for flashing
