Nope variator isnt restricted theres no washer behind it, or on the spindle which goes through the middle the only thin washer i have is on the front, which i believe needs to stay there, so am i in need of a new wingbell

    lmfao haha.

and like, that thin washer, if you take it out, you'll get a bit more speed, buttt, makes the accell all funny so you'd have to sort clutch etc, tried and tested lol with a few diff bikes, not my bike tho ey :)

i wouldnt advise taking the washer out, when i did the kickstart plate that sit in front of the pulley startedmoving, caught my starter bendix, and stripped all the thread off my crank :(

No i aint going to mate i left it out on my old vario and its suprising what that washer actually does, i need a new front pulley and vario my belt made grooves in them somehow and made it slip, now i have the new vario and the washer, its nice and smooth :p

Yeah about the rollers do u rekon they should be lighter, cause a few people have said heavier
