I'm James but my friends call me Youelley. I live in Essex and about 4 months ago I bought a Gilera DNA 50 for £600. The engine died as I was coming down a duel carriage way when the whole bike cut out and wouldn't start. So I decided, rather than just fix it, I'd improve it. £500 later and all I have is a box of parts in my room. Hopefully me and my uncle will be fitting all my toys to it this week end. I've got: Doppler SR7 70cc kit Yansuni C16 exhaust Polini 21mm Carb Polini Big Evolution air filter Side stand Starter Motor and new spark plug Hopefully it'll run well when all that's on and be pretty quick :grin:
Apparently it should be fine but I been told to be careful about running it over 10,000rpm for very long, so i'm gonna try and set up the rollers so that it sits somewhere below that at full throttle. But eventually I will probably have to get a new crank for it .
