    Hi I,m Richard

    I live in Crawley

    I have a couple of scooters at the mo

    Longjai digita 2T ,new main bearings and top end , running well soon to sell

    and my tuned Wanygye , minarelli 2T , 70cc , Nakaru , technigas , sport variator , bored out carb ,


    and maybe another if I'm lucky bidding tonight :)

    going to post about the Wangye , cause maybe someone have some advice for me , its been so messed with someone might have an idea what to try next

    Like in this vid , but not so severe .. seems no one rates doing this in the comments , I have bad flat spots mmmm

    Oh so its just a sort of flowed venturi.
    Not sure it is noticeable on a scoot.
    I flowed my old suzuki 2 stroke and gained like 25% more power.

    Polishing your combustion chamber and exhaust port will get you a little better power and efficiency. I polish all my piston crowns on my motors

    Ah yes, but there is a BIG argument about polishing ports, especially the intake.
    Some say it actually decreases the air flow having a polished surface as it doesn't "roll" the air as it travels through.
    Personnaly I don't do the intakes but I do polish the exhausts.

    Yeah, that's what I do, polished exhaust and combustion chamber, and just smooth out the intake

    Gent's My carbs like not 15mm it's like 20mm after I opened it up , went right through so guess the venturi effect is reduced

    I'm going to post in the tuning section , trying to find the vid which inspired me to do it ..
