Hi, my name's Sean (as if you couldn't tell by my username), i was 16 in march and am currently on a peugeot vivacity as an every day bike, pretty much standard engine wise apart from a malossi variator with 8.5g rollers, its got a technigas pipe but it's a standard looking one (the gianelli pissed off the neighbours, 65 complaints in 6 weeks in our area about scooters), and the only other non standard parts are only really the carbon air filter casing & gas shock absorber, I've just finished school about two weeks ago and am about to go into a 2 year college course in vehicle body repair, which is two days a week so i decided to buy a few scooters to start doing up to make myself some profit instead of having to go work in a papershop or something bullshit like that, and then my dad decided to start buying up a few scooters too, so somehow we're gonna work together and hopefully have fun doing it, although its gonna be mostly me as hes working most of the time. I recently bought an aerox which i'm currently spraying and once that's done i'll try get it running - it's got a decent spark and good compression but by smelling the petrol it seems stale and i ended up flooding the engine when i first tried anyway, thinking petrol wasnt getting through yet it seems it was, too much of it infact, haha. few pictures; my vivacity the aerox project; the graveyard; Anyone got a r/h underseat (one with the grill in), aerox panel, front mudguard, speedo casing and a seat going cheap by any chance? cheers, and you should see me around here a bit more often now
:welcome: mate looks like you got your work cut out i will say one thing if not me someone else will :good: 8.5g is way overkill on a stock setup
apparently they come as standard with 8.5's, and ive still got alright acceleration and top out on the flat at about 50 clock speed so its alright
