    hey all am new
me names dale i am 17 and own a aerox 2002 which has been tunes and currently reaches at least 75 MPH, unfortunatly i had a bit of a bump and panels arn't in the best condition. my objective now is to produce a show winning scooter and finish the remaining tuning on the engine so would apreciate any ideas you have i have some vague ideas but if you lot come up with something better then i will use your ideas,
    cheers Daley D

hi al the set up is mallossi 70s kit viper race pipe (need an upgrade if any 1 sellin 1 in good condition) mallosi reed valve with carbon reeds, polini torque spring, polini clutch springs, upsized jets to 92 if i remember rite, polini variator with 7 gram malossi rollers (is a bit sluggish on acceleration but at around 55MPH it realy kicks in and takes ya up to 75MPH ), polini race filter wich iv took off i think there a waste of time and take ages to get the rite size jets, thats about it apart from havin it set up to its highest ability by a motorcycle shop,

iv also got a custom made jack up kit on which i personaly think give a lot better handling and an aggressive look

i forgot to mention as well about rollers iv had a few in and i think they do make a difference to your speed i have had my malossi 70s kit for around a year and had no problems with it i think its because im using heavy rollers and the peds not screaming everywere it gos

yh mate i cant remember what malossi kit it was it cost 140 off ebay and some people are lucky with there peds for example i no a lad that had an aerox was only derestricted with a leovine pipe and 5.5 rollers and that did 65

also ya can add as many performance parts as you like to your ped but it still wont run rite unless its set up rite and professionaly tuned mine runs terrible in the winter until i have it set up for the colder weather and same gos with the summer also the majority of performance pipes do the same thing and add the same amount of power its only the realy expensive 1s that realy make a noticible difference from the rest , my viper can has been re wadded and personaly i think it runs better wen the waddin gets worn a bit but thats probly to do with setin up the carb again hope this helps

and can any of you tell me were there is a place in the north west England that dos scooter dynos and how much i would be lookin at ??

mushy how would you possibly know have you seen my ped the thing is there can be many different reasons why some people dont get the most out of there ped 1 because they have not worn there engine in or there engine is too worn in

Weren't laughing at you mate, laughing at what kyle wrote.

I used to have an NRG 50 back when I were 16. The only upgrade i bought for it was a technigas exhaust. Used to get 65 outta it til the engine nearly seized on it.
I'm not doubting you mate, you got a lot of hardware there. ;)
