Basically spent the day re-assembling the front end, made a mudguard, lifted and re-mounted the radiator and worked out what I want on the handlebars (not a lot) Here it was last time I posted a pic of it: And here it is with all the stuff front end stuff serviced and re-fitted: I f#cking love the look of that front fork setup, fitted a rear wheel/tyre which is fatter than normal and looks loads better. Trying to keep things minimal where the handlebars are concerned, fingers crossed that should be exactly how it looks when it's done. Front brake and headlight switch on the left, throttle on the right. Obviously I'll still need a starter button, a light on off switch and a kill switch, so I'm planning to fill this bit of the frame in and fit them on a flat bit of aluminium. Any one got a spare push-to-make switch or two and a toggle switch laying around? If not it'll get a couple of doorbells. Also got the CBR600 rear brake pedal fitted (still need to cable-tie the reservior to the frame): And welded on a super strong sidestand. I'll sort the vids tommorow if I get the chance Ratty
