helpppp my 70cc typhoon wont start :|

Basically i took my bike out in the morning today and it took me a little longer than normal to start. Then later the same day i went to start my bike and it wouldnt start, it has compression and spark, and the carb seems to be working as it should. I think its a fuel problem as when i took the spark plug out it was completely dry and did not smell of petrol. So i think its a fuel problem somewhere, but im not sure i was thinking it could be the reeds does that sound right?

 

sounds electrical to me, check the coil to be sure
blow hard into the tank to get rid of airbubbles
if that dosent help check the fuel lines and clean carb
