Hi, I have a 50cc zip sp, and have just had a new drive belt fitted.. When i start it up, it bogs alot low-end when cold but when its warm it runs sweet!

Ive had the jets cleaned out, my mate fiddled with the mixture screw, thats probs the problem. Does anyone know the defalt settings?

    Cheers for any help.

Ok, I'l let her tick over for longer than 30 seconds next time.

Also, what type of water do I need to put in the water tank? Im pretty sure its distilled but I want a second opinion.

    Cheers,

lots of people use normal water but distilled is better, mix it 50:50 with antifreeze/coolant.

lol at let it tick over for 30 seconds.... im sure all bikes bog on pull of for like 4 mins.. its the auto choke....you should warm a 2 stroke up for at least 5 mins minimum anyways.... i warm my typh up for at least 10 mins....cause then its warmed up and wont bog down when i first go of...

Okey dokey mate, I'm starting to like peds alot now

The garage said my head-set bearings are dangeriously loose.. The handle bars feel fine though and dont rock back and forth as if they were loose.. Bit confused about this as I fort they would feel loose but they aint.

    Cheers
