help with tuning plz

i have a piaggio zip with a zx tt exhaust polini high speed verator hebo clutch and a stage 6 belt i want to know wat else to buy i want a 70s kit but my bike is brand new so dnt want to buy one yet any advise would be great plz thanks

yes because that is illegal changing the engine capacity and the work shop wont do it(in theory) ....fitting an exhaust is not illegal but if it does over 32 mph then its illegal

 

but you are over 16 and you cant do any off the work yourself other wise its void and also ...to keep your warranty you cant change the ccm even if its a car bike scoot etc

 

i mite buy a 70s kit then cause i dnt have warenty anyway cause of wat i have done to it wat is the top speed do u think i will get i get 45 50 out of it now and wat is the main parts that actally get u more speed

 

yes you should get that if you have fully derestricted and added pipe and jetted it ...

to get more speed you will need

70cc such as malossi sport.polini corsa ,or stage 6 sport....they are the low end kits which will produce around 9bhp and also a 17.5mm carb or bigger you wont need a crank on those kits and cost just over £100 and are just as reliable as a 50 cylinder ...for more power you would need an uprated crank

 

ok thanks if i buy a polini air filter wat size jet do i have to buy i have the standerd jet in atm

 

dont buy one ...they dont do anything...cost more in fuel and noisy ,,,you break down when it rains unless you sort sumet out ....there for highly tuned engines ..
