HELP WITH TUNING MY NRG POWER PLEASE

    2010 NRG POWER DD LIQUID COOLED
    setup:-
    TNT 21mm carb (yes ive heard theyre not great)
    brand new (not ran in) stage 6 streetrace 70cc
    stage 6 pro replica exhaust
    standard whole transmission
    previous owner said rollers are 4g
    k&N style filter (cheap ebay one)
    unrestricted manifold (if anything looks smaller than the previous one which had a piaggio stamp on but ah well ordered it cos old one was perishing)

    Now, i have a few queries, if anyone would be kind enough to assist me.

    CARB - was running a 72 jet before with standard airbox with malossi sponge, since fitting K&N what size jet shall i use?
    also can anyone tell me what the two separate jets are in the pic i have supplied, other than main jet. i am aware of pilot/idle/choke jets but different sources are clashing information all over the internet over which ones which.
    if anyone could point me in the right kinda direction of what kinda ball park i need to be in for the jet sizes, needle setting etc.

    TRANS - what would be the ideal roller weight, do you reckon, for my setup? bearing in mind the pro reps narrow powerband and all that, just hoping someone has used a similar setup before.

    what strength of clutch springs and contra spring should i be using?

    is it going to be noticeably detremental that my side casing bearing is a bit fucked? only rotates by like half a cm by turning with finger.

    its worth mentioning that having removed the old cylinder the piston was put on backwards (by prev owner) the whole 8 months i was riding it, and there was a hefty chunk out the cylinder. (STILL RAN!? only just) so im hazzarding a guess that all of the carb conditions that were fit for the old cylinder will be well off for a new, actually functional cylinder?

    I realise this is quite a handful but would greatly appreciate any information anyone can give me in answer to any of my questions and cries for help, thanks :)
