    Hey guys,
So, my setup is as follows ('97 Aerox):
    Stage6 Racing MKII Cylinder
    Stage6 HPC Crankshaft
    Yasuni C16 exhaust
    OKO (PWK replica) 21mm carb
stock reed cage with Hebo carbon reeds (0.45mm)
    Stage6 Sport Pro variator
    Stage6 Torque Control clutch
    Stage6 R/T 433 Clutch Bell

I've been runing it without a filter for about one month or so (It came pre-tuned for that, I just had to adjust the idle screw a tiny bit. Now I've tried fitting one of those Hebo mushroom filters, but since I have nearly no carb-frame clearance, I tried using a rubber tube to connect them both. Anyway,

Yesterday I tried to tune it. With the bike running hot I got it to run decently (on the rich side I think), even tho it surely didnt feel as responsive. However, at night, (and because it was too rich I think), it refused to warm up completely so it was spluttering all the goddamn time. (was running 92 jet and needle clip in second leanest position).

Since the last time it happened to me was when I tried enriching the needle position while running no filter, this afternoon i tried getting the needle on the leanest position. It started to feel better both up to 1/4 and WOT, but the midrange felt weak, and when transitioning from idle to WOT it bogged momentarily. Managed to eliminate that bog and getting it running even better at WOT, however, the midrange kept feeling weak AND it was heating up much faster than before (even tho it never went above 85ÂșC, however I didn't run it for much time)..

So, 1st position is rich, 2nd position is lean. How can I fixd this? can it be something else causing it? Or am I not "reading" the bike's response properly (i.e. it's actually lean when i think its rich and vice versa)

    THanks in advance
