with my variator, the space is 2 big for my rollers, like theres alot of room at the side when i put my rollers in, im usin the rollers that came with my leo vinci pipe(no idea what weight), is this dangerous or is it ok? a boy with the same ped as me has done it and his ped flys and tells me 2 do it, but he could just be an idiot so i need 2 check lol?

when i got my leo pipe the rollers that came with it where too small. if the rollers are physically smaller than the ones that are in then they wrong.

    Leo Vince rollers are 15x12

Most varios run 16x13, or 19x15.5

    180 variator

i recently stripped a 180 lc gilera 180 engine and the variator looks exactly the same as a 125 variator and the weight of them feels the same the only diffrence i noticed was ther was like a black rubber ring going round the edge of the 180 one so it begs the question what is the difference because dey look and feel exactly the same

People will comment if and when they see fit!

Bit of a silly question really, if they are too small, they are TOO SMALL!!

Maybe you should start researching about and learning about your ped instead of trying to make it go faster!

Runner 50 rollers are 19x15.5 and 5.3 grams standard..

    http://www.beedspeed.com/html-pages/var ... -chart.htm

In your sig it says "5.5g malossi rollers", strang, considering standard is 5.3g, why did you replace them with heavier rollers?

Try some 5g's, 19x15.5, with your new leo..

WRONG!!!! standards are 7.5gr exactly the same as SR50R's (they have same rollers) please check reference to burns post on stock roller sizes.

and this site is about giving help, and we did, so wheres the problem matey?

why dont you try being friendly instead of being a know-it-all!!

btw hope your bikes all sorted now mate and as people have already said its 19x15.5 size rollers you need and the standards are 7.5gr
