help with malaguti crosser cr1 carb no suction

    hello i have a malaguti crosser cr1 scooter and it has no suction from the carb with the airbox off. also i have put malossi reed petals in and also a new piston and rings what is the problem can anyone help please.

    wat you mean no suction ?

    Piston the right way round ? reeds not leaking ? no tears in inlet manifold?

    hello i am his mate we are doin the bike as a project there is no splits in inlet manifold piston is deffo the right way around reeds not leaking theres just no petrol getting to the head run out of ideas of what it could be tbh

    is it vacum fed or electronic fuel pump ?

    if its vacum then there should be a inlet/nipple either on carb or manifold.

    Get some pics up of the carb as its on the bike, that should help

    and airbox has nothing to do with fuel supply

    the pertol is getting the to crank but its not getting to the spark plug it has compressio0n and its a vacum fed i have ranout of things it could be.
