help with gilera stalker please

hello i have a 2000 model gilera stalker it has a dalorto carb i just wanted to know about the mixture setting were it would have to be as i have a standard jet i think. its a size 70 a tecnigas exhaust 4.7g malossi rollers and green clutch springs. it is also getting petrol in the airbox its not alot about a pop cap full or so and its runnging slow doesnt bog or anything just slow. can anyone help me. thank you
