Right, i know theres LOADS of pages with help with this kind of thing but ive looked through them all and done what has been said and still no improvement.. My problem is, my bike (gilera ice) sometimes has trouble starting, but thats not the main thing the main thing is my acceleation from 0 to say 10/15 its so crap...then i zoom off to 35/40 quickly, ive only just put 5g rollers in which apparently suite the baby 59 i have my carb is now running a standerd 56 jet and air box and my idle mix is 1 + 3 quater turns out which i think is right aswell? so i have NO idea what else could be wrong? I have a PM clutch which needs to be fitted but its abit tricky to get it off with the tools i have atm could that be what it is though? warn clutch or spings to soft? Or i even come to the conclusion my exhaust is just SHIT for my setup? seems as all the power comes in at mid revs cratch: Sorry for the long one guys but im BAFFLED by this now LOL Help would be VERY appreciated
im pretty sure that a 56 main jet is too small try upjetting to around 64-68 but let someone confirm on that

Alright then thanx :good: Goin to have to fit the pm clutch soon as poss Or should i say shitty clutch pm made there own (still anythings better then the warn out old one! ), it comes with red springs fittted but also has green an dark grey ish ones aswell. which ones would be best? I presume the red ones cratch: Thanx for the help though!
buy yourself the correct tool to remove the clutch (its cheap) put it in and try it for yourself.. its ajustable so read how to ajust it.
Yeah Yeah i will do gonna order it today from donotlink should be here by the end of the week  then ill let you lot know if its the clutch Cheers :good:
Right. Got the clutch on with blue springs its deffo made a difference But. it revs more than it should really, i know thats normally to do with the springs being to stiff but i have 5g rollers in there, you reckon i should put slightly heavier rollers in before changin springs over? Idiotic i know lol Really need to get it accelerating good now though!
set the takeoff rpm wiht the clutch. then set the roller weight.. takeoff rpm is JUST the rpm the clutch engages.. you will probably have to reajust the clutch once your done wiht the rolers.. get a bigger jet in there. 60 or so for the pipe.
How do i set the take off RPM? Changing clutch springs orr..? i would check the instructions but it didnt come with any , an what rollers would u suggest? 6.5g maybe? Sorry for all the questions Update: Since the clutch has been fitted my uphill speed has just DROPPED ill be doin 45/50 then as soon as i go up a hill it will drop down to like 25 Aint got a fucking clue now! (Probably something so simple aswell) Any answers will be appreciated!
well, you orderd it from adrenaline not me.. so bell them and ask how the fuck it works? cba picking up the slack of these shops.. seems yopu cant buy anything from pm/adrenaline wihtout asking on a forum what it actually does and how it actually works.. so why did you buy it in the first place? get info on the clutch both ajustment and the strength of the springs.. cant do FUCK ALL to help you otherwise
