help with gearing ! ! !

hi, i am having trouble with my gearing. i have malossi primary gear and pm tuning secondary and on my set off there is like a big bog/flatspot until about 20 mph. i used to have just the malossi primary but it was topping out at 82 mph and i wanted more top end. if anyone has any ideas on how i can get around this bog it would be more than appreciated. cheers.

 

stiffer clutch springs/race clutch may sort your trouble

ok lol, ta. i have a malossi MHR rep 70cc, malossi 21mm carb, doppler pipe, reeds, malossi variator, rollers(7.2g) and belt, malossi CDI (TC unit), malossi and pm tuning gears. i think thats it. any help will be fantastic

 

Rollers are too heavy, I'd say drop to around 5g -5.5g and stiffer clutch springs.

 

not saying your wrong but the bike was fine (roller wise) until i put both sets of gears in ??? but im going to try a different clutch because i have standard clutch but it has hardest springs in already. cheers for advice il let you know how it goes. but if anyone else has any ideas just let me know please.

its a gilera runner and ye everything was fine until i put the secondry gear in.

 

drop the roller weight. like james said.

 

just bought an MHR overrange n its got 3.8g rollers in and its still bogging lol any other ideas.???

 

jettings right and contra spring is, il just av t try a new clutch or something. il let you know
