My mate scooter hits 75mph no problem then he could reach 82mph if he stress the engine to reach it
I pretty much have the same engine both look the same both come off the same bike and also there both 2 strokes both are air cooled and both have same parts

    Malossi 72cc sport cylinder kit
    Malossi cdi unit
    Malossi crank shaft
    Polini variator oversized
    Polini outer pulley oversized
    Polini v belt
    Pm tuning racing clutch
    Naraku big bore manifold
    21mm stage 6 race carb
    Pm tuning clutch bell
Polini rollers 7 to 8 grams
    Malossi gear kit
    Polini gear kit
Polini and stage 6 oil seals & bearings
Plus more but that ain't to doing with power either are the oil seals etc

Any way get to the point my bike only hits 65mph to 74mph without stressing the engine I manage to get 86mph with stressing the engine then once I get to a warm temp my bike dies down abit not a lot but anuth to notice that there is power difference, my mates no problem what so ever....... So could this mean a bad carb set up or what ? I just don't no now I'm getting a new bike anyways but ill also want to keep this as it is still a good reliable bike :)

Don't want no stupid comment's or anything if you actually have something to say relating on if ya no what could be the problem etc please comment anyone that says stop wasting ya time etc just f**k off coz I have the bike and its done me good and no one cares if you got bulled at school just go and cry :) ............

It sounds like the speedo is faulty. Try lubing the cable and drive gear to see if that helps any.

we will go with your clock speed (no point arguing) even if its an irelevent figure the two should do the same "speed"... deffo carb/roller related. whats it rev like? (so rpm at takeoff, 10mph, 20mph,30mph and so on) also, if its slightly faster if you off the throttle slightly then its rich, if its getting hot it could be rich or ean... tbh, you built a bike and have no idea how to set it up, so pay someone for an hours labour to do it and save yourself the trouble. or read the jetting and roller guidein the guides section, everything you need to know is in there
