Help with chosing the right carb for my setup (SR 99)

Hey, I'm running this setup on my 99' sr:
This is my setup:
Malossi MHR 70 kit(recently died on me, new one is on it's way).
Malossi MHR crank.
Malossi Delta clutch, and malossi multivar(no over range).
Malossi exhaust.
Malossi CDI.
2 Wave disks.
17.5 Delor'to carburetor.
stock air filter.

As I'm already ordering a new cylinder kit I've decided to also upgrade my carburetor and air filter.

I'm in a deliberation between the 21mm bgm flat side, the 24 mm bgm flat-side,
the 22mm Malossi non-flatside, and 25mm Malossi.

which one should I use? I was told that non-flatside crabs are easy to set yp and tune, Is it correct?.

Which filter and airbox(winter is coming) should I use? .

which manifold, airfilter and jets did you use?.

 

its a flat SLIDE carb, not side

just get a dellorto, good cheap carbs , dont bother with malossi's there just dellortos with a malossi stamp on them

id go for a 25mm delly tried and tested good carbs, shouldnt be too big on a mhr either
