The blaster has been running a bit rich since I rebuilt it so today I decided to set the carb up.
I've pretty much got it right but will see how it goes this week and do some fine tuning as required.
The problem is, the air mixture screw is pretty much all the way in so I'm guessing the idle jet is a bit big
The carb, a stage6 21mm delortto, came with a 50 Idle jet installed.
Any thoughts as to which size to drop down too ?
Will a 45 be too much / too little ?
As per usual; thanks for looking folks

    Quite the opposite in fact.
    The jet is too small.
With the air mix screw in, it restricts the air amount going in to the carb..........less air, more fuel.
Set the air mix screw to 2 turns out and jet from there, not adjusting the screw at all.
    Do frequent plug checks.

As you undo the air mix screw, it should rev higher, meaning its getting leaner.
If it dies completely then the main jet is too small.
