Hey Guys, Atm i Have A Malossi Sport 70 Kit, Laser Exhaust, Standard Crank, Standard Carb, Stage6 Race Clutch, Malossi Belt, PM Tuning Gear Up Kit, 2.5g Rollers..

Its Seems Okay Atm, But Seems To Take A While To Get To Top Speed, i Have Had 72 According A Biker Following Me.. But It Took 10000 Hours To Get There..

i Was Thinking Of Changing To A MHR Rep Exhaust At Barrel Kit, If i Did So What Other Changes Would You Recommend?

    Cheers Jordan

Your rollers sound insanely light. Read our roller guide http://www.scootershack.co.uk/rollerguide.html

Try fitting heavier rollers first as correct transmission set up can make a huge difference to performance.

If after doing that you still want more power then you could start by fitting a larger carburettor (21mm) and seeing if that gives you the power you are after. Failing that a different cylinder kit and exhaust would give you more grunt.

Yeeh i Have PLayed About With Rollers, It Had 4.5s In As Standard? Off The Top Of My Head, Then Went Down In 0.5g Stages, Even 3 grams seems slugish, it pulls but it doesnt rev hard enough with the 3g before the variator begins to work.. :/
i have thought about a bigger carb.. but not to keen on a 21, more like a 17.5? as it is gonna have to get me to and from work starting next week, a 3ish mile stretch of flat out road..
