Hello, I recently brought a 2003 70cc aerox, It has had alot done to it and is very quick top end hitting around 75mph. The only problem i have with it is that getting the bike moving takes alot of revs and i mean it has to be literally screaming its balls off! Its horrible. Im new to all this but below is a list of all the work thats been done to it. I was told it could be the rollers so when i checked them i found that they are un even weights but im not sure exactly what weight they are due to them being worn.

    Body work:

Evo body kit in burnt metalic orange
    Carbon fibre clock surround
    Carbon fibre levers
    Tnt chrome jack up kit
    Tnt chrome engine casing
    Tnt carbon fibre headlight
    Tnt rear light
    Wavey rear disc
    Malossi brake pads
Carbon fibre indicators ( and lenses on front)
    Tnt kickstart

    Engine work:

    Stage 6 Quick action throttle
    Polini Corsa 70cc kit
Pm tuning Full circle racing crankshaft
    Hebo manston racing exhaust
Polini super speed 9 roller variator
    Polini 3g clutch
    Polini belt
    Stage 6 drive face
Malossi Primary and Secondary gear up kits
    Polini reeds and inlet
    Delorto 28mm Carb
    Manual choke
Malossi air filter in the box
    Athena unlimited cdi
    new water pump

    PRE MIX RUNNING 25/1

Please if anyone has any ideas and a recommended roller weight! I just want to pull off smoothly! Thanks in advance.

Try changing your clutch springs sounds like they are too stiff

Okay thanks i will try that, Im off the road due to the fact it has shredded THREE KEVLAR belts in the past 2 days. Somthing is definitely wrong with the whole clutch. The torque driver is bent so and my variator has a fairly large chip in it. So im replacing it all and then it will hopefully be better.

And i brought it premix as the oil tank is split and the oil pump has been removed.

    Thankyou
