Help Tuning 2014 Yamaha Aerox Ns50

Hello,

I’ve recently installed a Stage6 SportPro variator and also a Stage6 SportPro MKII cylinder, piston and head.

I’ve bought the correct spark plug and installed it(BR9ES) and also a Stage6 temp sensor and screwed it in as tight as i possibly could.

I’ve done a little bit of research and found that you need to adjust and ‘rejet’ your carb after installing the kit.

Does anyone know if that’s the reason why it won’t start or have any advice on what I could do?

Also everything else on the bike hasn’t been touched (size of the carb and size of jet).

 

Yeah you will need to upjet for sure.
It will run with wrong jetting, just won't run for long before it seizes..
