Those rollers seem a bit on the light side, you could also put a shim washer in the variator;)

The shim will space the fixed plate out by 1mm, allowing the engine to rev a bit higher before the belt starts to bite on takeoff. Torque springs and clutch springs are all trial and error jobs, you have to try each one to see what works best or to your liking.

I have the malossi sport 70cc cast iron cylinder kit. I use the green clutch springs, white contra spring and the multivar variator from malossi. If your belt dosn't slip, dont use stiffer contra spring(big spring behind the clutch) The multivar variator holds the engine revs more steady than the standard variator, Its a very good upgrade if you have a narrow powerband.

My belt do slip so I think I will need to get a stiffer contra spring do u no if the stage 6 variator is any good as that comes with a contra string all I want the bike to do is wheelie off the mark lol
