Hi, ive just put a 70kit and exhuast on my new aerox and it dont seem to do any faster than 25mph, why is this does it need gettin? do i need lighter rollers ive got about6.5g rollers and they are worn, every thing else is standerd, its a top performance 70 kit, and zx exhaust do i need to change rollers clutch sprngs and carb? it dont seem to rev atal when i get to about 20 mph it just sound like it is going to die just has no revs or anything. ive turned the revs up to when its idleing the wheels spin changed spark plug and no change help asap
Also did you position the piston rings correctly..theres a pin in the groove on the piston and the ends of the rings have to be each side of the pin to locate properly!!
have you check the obvious like restrictor in exhaust and variator, sounds like you want lighter rollers too, i'd try 5.5g
right ive took the head and cinder off, the rings are fine but itook the spark plug and head off and looking at the head the spark plug only goes half way through could this be why its have reving or pulling?
this the spark plug that was in it Shot at 2007-07-03 this is the one i used to use on my old aerox Shot at 2007-07-03 is this why itz not going fast or going atal?
more than likely, you are running a BR9HS as standard, looks like you need an ES for that kit (longer plug)
yeh ive done all that its runns better but the carb needs rejetting i think does any one no what size jet i should be runnning? 05 aerox with dr 70 kit and zx exhaust ?
